The International Relationships Department (IRD) is a place for students to get help, and have meetings and celebrations. The staff of the IRD, located in the Ufa State Aviation Technical University, is prepared to help students with questions concerning immigration, travel, work, and cultural adjustment. They can also provide contact information with your country's student association.

 

The Russian Language Program (RLP) allows accepting students at any level of Russian ability. The RLP has an experienced faculty with advanced degrees and many years of teaching Russian to international students. There are one year and one and a half year programs available each fall semester.

 

Undergraduate Admission / Graduate Admission

 

If you have a high enough grade point average (GPA), Ufa State Aviation Technical University can admit you with no proof of Russian proficiency. Once you arrive, you will be required to take the Russian Proficiency Test (RPT). The results of the RPT will determine if you have to study full-time intensive Russian, or if you are ready to begin full-time university classes.

The University admits students for full-time and part-time studies. To be accepted to first year studies, applicants should have a state approved diploma of secondary (full) general vocational education, as well as a diploma of professional vocational education, if it has a record of the receipt of the bearer of secondary (complete) general education.

Acceptance of documents for full-time and part-time studies is going since June 20th. Deadline for documents for intramural education - July 25th, for correspondence - August 25th.

Applicants for full-time and part-time studies should sign up for passing of general exam in the second wave in the period up to July 5th, for which exams are scheduled from July 8th. Graduates of the current year have the opportunity to take all the necessary exams for admission in the form general exam during final exams at school.

Graduates from year of 2008 and earlier, as well as graduates of colleges, applying on the profile of the specialty, are able to pass the entrance exam in the traditional form (not general exam). Exams are conducted in the traditional manner on a schedule since July 16th. People, applying to the Correspondence Department have the opportunity to take exams in the second stream since August 26th.

Enrollment ends no later than 10 days before the start of training.

Nonresident applicants are provided with the hostel during the examinations.
